BCA By-Laws

The BCA By-Laws define how member clubs must affiliate, pay fees on time, and meet competition requirements — including consequences like fines, suspensions or loss of premiership points if obligations aren’t met. They also set out the Association’s governance structure (board, subcommittees, and their roles), the conduct expected of clubs and officials, and procedures for matches, player eligibility, and disciplinary action.
