BCA Constitution
The BCA Constitution establishes the Association as a company limited by guarantee under the Corporations Act 2001, defining the purpose of governing and promoting cricket among member clubs.
It outlines how clubs become members, the limited liability of members, the structure and powers of the Board of Directors, rules for General Meetings (AGMs and Extraordinary meetings), and the process for adopting policies, by-laws, and financial oversight.
