Change Process of Rules and By-Laws

The policy sets out how Ballarat Cricket Association (BCA) handles changes to its playing rules, by-laws, and conditions. It requires clubs to submit proposed amendments by 1 May each year, which are reviewed by a rules subcommittee, the Board, and then are put to a club vote — with majority approval needed before changes take effect for the coming season.
