Gender Diverse Participation

The policy ensures that participants under Ballarat Cricket Association (BCA) are welcomed and treated with respect regardless of gender identity — including transgender, non-binary or gender-diverse people — and may participate in teams matching their identified gender. It also covers issues such as uniforms, access to facilities, and provides a process for complaints or appeals if someone feels they’ve been discriminated against.
